We are representing a high-growth developer, owner, and operator of mission-critical digital infrastructure across Asia Pacific. Backed by one of the world’s leading global investment firms, the organization build and scale data centres for hyperscale and enterprise customers in across the APAC region.

Why This Role Matters
This is not a maintenance role. This is a chance to architect the expansion of digital infrastructure across APAC. You’ll sit at the nexus of hyperscale demand, energy infrastructure, and institutional capital, shaping transactions that define the next decade of the digital economy.

You’ll combine strategic investing, commercial instinct, and hands-on execution to originate and deliver platform-defining deals. If you want board-level visibility, regional impact, and the mandate to build — this is it.

Your Mission
As Investment Director, you will lead the full lifecycle of investment activity that accelerates the organization’s growth across Asia Pacific. You’ll drive market entry, expansion, M&A, joint ventures, and development investments from thesis to close. Success means converting strategy into executed transactions through sharp underwriting, decisive judgment, and trusted relationships.

- Underwrite returns, capital needs, risk allocation, phasing, leasing, and downside cases with discipline
3. Build the Ecosystem
- Cultivate relationships with developers, landowners, lenders, investors, utilities, government, and advisors to unlock deal flow
- Partner cross-functionally with development, engineering, legal, finance, tax, treasury, operations, and sales to ensure deals are real and executable
4. Drive Platform Value
- Prepare board-quality investment papers that cut through complexity with clear rationale, risks, mitigants, and value creation

- Track hyperscaler expansion, AI infrastructure trends, valuation benchmarks, and capital flows to stay ahead of the market
5. Lead & Scale Capability
- Mentor junior investment professionals and help build a high-performance investing team as we grow
