Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate design detailing between clients and consultants, and manage architectural drawings, shop drawings, samples, and mockups to keep work progress on track
- Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to support contract and procurement management
- Resolve site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies and method statements, using BIM software to maintain quality and productivity
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the civil construction team to ensure smooth project execution
- Compile and hand over architectural documentation, including as-built drawings, while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
Key Requirements
- Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore with at least 4 years of local experience, or a Diploma in Architecture with at least 5 years of local experience
- Proficient in project management and coordination across architectural trades
- Skilled in trades coordination via Revit or Bentley platforms
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with architectural shop drawings
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; CONQUAS or Design & Build experience is an advantage
