We are representing a global Real Estate Developer in looking for an Investment Analyst who can flex between asset management and investment execution, with direct exposure to our logistics, office, residential, and mixed-use portfolio. This role will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

You’ll work alongside our Investment Manager/Director and own workstreams that actually move the needle — from coordinating property ops to building the financial case for our next acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Asset Management & Operations
Partner with the Investment Manager to maximize performance across our logistics and warehouse assets. You’ll be the connective tissue between us, property managers, contractors, and vendors.

Keep assets humming: Oversee contracts, payments, work progress, and operational reporting with PM companies, consultants, and service providers
Own the numbers: Lead budgeting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, and financing processes including interest & principal coordination
Drive transparency: Prepare clear, investor-ready reports, presentations, and updates for internal teams and external partners
Stay ahead of issues: Monitor leasing, tenant requests, and operational risks; maintain airtight project documentation

Investment & Deal Execution
Support the full investment lifecycle for office, residential, industrial, and mixed-use opportunities.

Source & vet: Conduct market research and preliminary analysis to identify opportunities worth chasing
Build the case: Create financial models, feasibility studies, investment memos, and approval materials that stand up to scrutiny
Execute deals: Coordinate due diligence with legal, tax, accounting, and external advisors; review transaction docs and support negotiations
Track performance: Support post-investment monitoring and exit planning when the time comes

Key Requirements:
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years in asset management, real estate investment, finance, accounting, or similar
- Sharp coordination skills + obsessive attention to detail — you keep trains running on time
- Strong analytical chops and comfort diving into Excel models and PowerPoint decks
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Self-starter who thrives both solo and in a tight-knit team
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, cash flow management, and investor reporting
- Familiarity with logistics/warehouse assets or multi-sector real estate
