Key Responsibilities
- Champion digitalisation, BIM, and VDC advancement across project teams, developing and spearheading VDC/IDD standards
- Lead a team of Digital Engineers/BIM Specialists, overseeing BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication
- Drive improvements in QA/QC monitoring and enforce organisational BIM templates, standardisation, and 2D/3D family documentation
- Train and guide the Digital Engineering team on design coordination with technical teams, clients, and subcontractors via VDC
- Create and maintain dashboards for project management metrics, and lead the piloting of new construction technologies for project efficiency
Key Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture, with relevant coursework in BIM
- At least 8 years of hands-on BIM modelling and management experience, ideally with a main contractor or consultancy
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Autodesk Build, and MS Office, with basic knowledge of Dynamo and Civil3D preferred
- Experience with 4D (Synchro/Fuzor), 5D (Cubicost), and PowerBI implementation
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working independently and in a team, with good English communication skills; infrastructure or building project experience is an advantage
