A leading real estate developer and asset owner is looking to expand its retail operations team with an Operations Executive for one of its flagship shopping malls. This role offers strong exposure to end-to-end mall operations, asset enhancement initiatives, and stakeholder management within a dynamic retail environment.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a retail mall, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction
- Coordinate maintenance programs and execute works to uphold high operational and safety standards
- Assist in budgeting processes, including preparation of annual budgets, contract administration, and cost control for operational expenditure
- Support asset enhancement initiatives (AEI), tenant fit-out/renovation works, and operational aspects of mall marketing and promotional activities
- Work closely with internal procurement teams on equipment sourcing, cyclical replacements, and improvement works
- Manage feedback, service requests, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise technicians and external vendors to ensure service delivery meets required standards
- Participate in emergency response planning and execution (e.g. Site Incident Controller, First Aider roles)
- Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) functions, including permit-to-work approvals, risk assessments, and safety audits

Key Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management
- Prior experience in mall operations, facilities management, or property management would be preferred
- Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and willingness to take ownership
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when required
- Open to learning and internal mobility across different asset classes over time
