Based in Singapore, this position will be responsible for the planning, execution and successful completion of multiple projects across APAC, providing leadership across project teams while maintaining oversight of programme, budget, quality, safety and risk.
This is a regional delivery position for an experienced data centre construction professional who can operate across both the strategic and execution sides of major projects — from project inception through construction, testing & commissioning, closeout and handover.

- This is an opportunity for an experienced data centre construction professional to move into a regional APAC project delivery position with an international operator expanding its presence across the region.
- The breadth of the position extends beyond managing an individual construction site. It combines regional project delivery, leadership of in-country teams, stakeholder management, risk, safety and quality oversight, together with involvement in site due diligence, land acquisition and RFP activities.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Project Delivery
- Manage the planning, execution and closure of multiple construction projects across APAC, from inception through completion.
- Establish project goals, scope and delivery strategies aligned with broader organisational objectives.
- Maintain oversight of project schedules, budgets, quality and safety to support successful project delivery.
- Provide leadership to in-country Project Directors, Project Managers and project teams.
- Coordinate across internal departments, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project progress.
- Manage manpower, personnel and material resources in line with project requirements.
Construction Leadership
- Provide leadership across the construction lifecycle, including:
- Mobilisation
- Construction and installation
- Testing & commissioning
- Closeout and handover
- Work across CSA and MEP disciplines to coordinate the successful execution of mission-critical facilities.
- Identify project risks early, establish appropriate mitigation strategies and drive the resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact and represent the organisation with clients, contractors, supply-chain partners and relevant authorities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular project reporting and communication to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks and key developments.
- Coordinate effectively across different functions and project teams operating across multiple markets.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Implement and enforce established health, safety and environmental policies and project requirements.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Monitor and maintain required project quality standards throughout delivery.
- Work closely with project teams and external partners to ensure safety and quality expectations are maintained.
Development & Pre-Construction Support
- Beyond construction delivery, the role will also provide support during earlier stages of development, including:
- Assisting with site due diligence and land acquisition activities.
- Supporting Sales and Solutions teams with project RFPs.
- Providing project delivery and construction input to support wider development activities.
- 10–15+ years of relevant project and construction management experience within mission-critical facilities or data centre projects.
- A successful track record delivering large-scale data centre projects.
- Extensive knowledge of data centre construction processes, methodologies and industry practices.
- Hands-on construction management experience covering the full construction stage from mobilisation through installation, testing & commissioning, closeout and handover.
- Good technical understanding of CSA and MEP engineering applications.
- Relevant construction experience in Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Korea and/or Australia would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Mechanical
- Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related engineering discipline.
- Additional relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
- The role requires a strong project leader who can operate effectively across multiple teams, stakeholders and geographies.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider regional team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, including reading and writing.
