Key Responsibilities
- Create BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication purposes across C&S, Architectural, and M&E 3D models
- Produce shop drawings and BIM documentation directly from the models, including the creation of 2D families
- Interpret engineering drawings and update models in line with Consultants' RFIs to reflect design intent
- Liaise with the project team on the production and coordination of shop drawings
- Ensure BIM models are delivered with a high standard of quality, diligence, and timeliness
Key Requirements
- Min. Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering, or a - Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or BIM
- At least 2 years of hands-on BIM experience, ideally with a main contractor or consultancy
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Good command of spoken and written English, with experience in infrastructure projects an added advantage
