Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business in Digital + BPO
- Hunt and win new logos across industries where records, compliance, and digitisation are mission-critical — banking, legal, healthcare, government, and MNCs
- Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise Content Management, document digitisation, cloud archives, SaaS workflow platforms, and outsourced BPO services
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver against aggressive revenue targets in information governance and digital solutions
- Keep a healthy, qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, industry networking, and partner-led lead generation
- Run high-impact demos and workshops that map our digital + physical solutions directly to client pain points
Become a Trusted Advisor
- Build deep relationships with CIOs, Heads of Compliance, Legal, and Digital Transformation leads
- Diagnose client environments and architect solutions that blend physical records, digital workflows, and SaaS platforms — balancing efficiency, risk, and regulatory compliance
- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals that align with Crown’s growth and margin objectives
- Ensure flawless handover to implementation and service teams so promises made = promises kept
Own Your Market
- Stay ahead of evolving regulations, data privacy laws, and emerging tech in records management, IG, and digital archiving
- Position Crown as the partner of choice by leveraging deep knowledge of the entire information lifecycle — from warehouse to cloud
- Feed market intelligence back to Product and Marketing to sharpen our roadmap and campaigns
- Represent Crown at industry forums, roundtables, and events to grow brand authority
Collaborate to Win
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to craft value-driven proposals and RFP responses
- Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and CRM hygiene — we’re data-driven
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to continuously improve our offerings

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or related field
- 6+ years of proven B2B sales/BD success in records management, ECM, digital transformation, SaaS, or BPO services
- Track record of exceeding quota selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
- Strong consultative selling skills — you can unpack technical architecture into board-level business benefits
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Self-starter who operates with urgency and minimal supervision
- Certifications in Records Management, Information Governance, AIIM, IGP, or Digital Transformation
- Experience selling to regulated industries and navigating compliance-driven sales cycles
- Existing network across Singapore/APAC enterprise buyers of ECM, digitisation, or outsourced services
