We’re seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to spearhead growth, build strategic partnerships, and bring sustainable technology to key industries in the region.

Your Mission
You will own the commercial strategy and execution for Thailand, acting as the face of our partner's brand to customers, consultants, OEMs, and distributors. Your focus: accelerate market share in data centers, HVAC, refrigeration, cleanrooms, and industrial applications where energy efficiency and reliability matter most.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities across Thailand in target segments: commercial buildings, data centers, cold chain, industrial ventilation, and OEM manufacturing.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including MEP consultants, contractors, facility managers, and C-level stakeholders.
- Channel & Partner Growth: Recruit, train, and support distributors, system integrators, and local partners to maximize market coverage and technical competency.
- Solution Selling: Promote high-value, engineered solutions — not just products — by understanding customer pain points around energy savings, noise reduction, and system reliability.
- Project Pipeline: Lead the full sales cycle from specification to order, working closely with technical and application engineering teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, regulatory changes, and industry trends in Thailand to inform pricing, product strategy, and go-to-market plans.
-Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars across Thailand and the wider ASEAN region.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B technical sales or business development, ideally in HVAC, building technology, industrial equipment, or electromechanical systems.
- Network: Established relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and industrial end-users in Thailand.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to discuss airflow, motor efficiency, controls, and system design with engineers and non-technical buyers alike. Engineering degree preferred.
- Hunter Mentality: Proven track record of opening new accounts and growing territory revenue year-over-year.
- Communication: Fluent in Thai and English, with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mindset: Self-starter comfortable in a lean, international structure. Willing to travel frequently within Thailand and occasionally regionally.
