We are expanding our operations in Singapore and seeking a dynamic Workplace Design Director to lead our creative team and drive growth in the region.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in Singapore. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a talented team to deliver cutting-edge workplace design solutions for our clients. Your creativity, leadership, and strategic vision will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Singapore office and contributing to the continued success of our global brand.

-Business Development: Support in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging your industry network and expertise to grow the Singapore office.
- Design Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of design excellence, pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation in workplace design.
- Market Research: Stay informed about workplace design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in workplace design, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Experience working on projects in the Singapore market is a plus.
- Adeptness in industry-specific software and tools.
- Passion for creating dynamic and user-centric workspaces.
