We are a well-established real estate investment and capital markets group with a diversified portfolio of assets across the region. Our business operates at the intersection of real estate, corporate finance, and capital markets — giving finance professionals the opportunity to work on complex transactions, regulatory matters, and strategic initiatives that shape the direction of a listed group.

How This Role Benefits You

  • Exposure to high-impact, end-to-end M&A deals — from pipeline development through to negotiation and close
  • Direct ownership of treasury strategy, including hedging and funding decisions that influence the group's capital structure
  • A seat at the table on regulatory and governance matters, working closely with senior leadership, legal advisors, and regulators
  • Deepen your expertise in real estate valuation and corporate finance in a sector with strong long-term growth
  • A platform to build your profile as a subject-matter expert in SGX compliance and takeover regulations — skills that are highly transferable and in demand

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead group-level treasury, cash flow, and liquidity planning, including FX and interest rate hedging strategies
  2. Manage debt financing and funding strategy to optimize the group's capital structure and cost of capital
  3. Drive M&A execution end-to-end — due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and valuation modelling (DCF, IRR, NPV)
  4. Act as the lead advisor on transactions under the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers
  5. Serve as the internal expert on SGX Rulebook compliance and optimize the group's tax position across direct and indirect taxes

Key Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate; CFA/CA/ACCA or equivalent strongly preferred
  2. 7–10+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or treasury, with a focus on the real estate industry
  3. Demonstrable experience with the SGX Listing Manual and the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers
  4. Strong corporate and real estate asset valuation expertise (enterprise value, equity value, multiples, DCF)
  5. Proven track record in FX/interest rate hedging and working knowledge of tax regimes relevant to real estate
