We are currently representing a dynamic and innovative real estate developer dedicated to the development and enhancement of properties. With a proven track record of successful projects, the team is expanding and is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager.

About the Role 
•    Provide strong technical support and mentorship to team members
•    Ensure timely closing of accounts and accurate financial reporting for all subsidiaries.
•    Review journal, AP, and AR entries.
•    Preparation of group consolidation and financial reporting in accordance with SFRS(I)
•    Preparation of SGX reports, group forecasts, and year-end statutory accounts of the Group
•    Perform analytical review of subsidiaries’ financials
•    Assist with internal reporting to the Board
•    Review corporate tax and reporting pack of subsidiaries
•    Handle transfer pricing related work activities.
•    Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements
•    Liaison with internal and external auditors and tax agents
•    Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

About You
•    At least 3 years relevant working experience in SGX-listed companies
•    Possess strong technical knowledge in group consolidation and proficient in SFRS(I) and Income Tax Act
•    Working experience in audit firms, hospitality industries, or real estates developers is advantageous.
•    Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification
•    Meticulous, committed, self-motivated personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Able to work independently
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
