We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join a leading real estate investment platform and play a key role in building a new digital business unit from the ground up.

This is not a traditional software development role. You will work directly with senior business leaders, investment professionals, and operational teams to conceptualize, design, develop, and launch digital products that create value across the real estate ecosystem. These may include mobile applications, web platforms, data-driven tools, tenant engagement solutions, investment management systems, and other technology-enabled products.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who enjoys solving business problems through technology and is excited by the opportunity to shape new products and ventures within an established investment firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Development
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications from concept to deployment.
* Build end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and product features.
* Develop MVPs and production-ready applications to support new business initiatives.
Digital Innovation & New Ventures
* Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology-driven products and services.
* Participate in ideation sessions and contribute to the development of new digital business models.
* Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI solutions to enhance product offerings.
* Drive rapid prototyping and iterative product development.
Technical Architecture
* Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
* Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
* Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and user experience.
* Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
Collaboration & Project Delivery
* Work closely with investment, asset management, operations, and business development teams.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers, external vendors, and third-party technology partners where required.
* Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
* Support ongoing enhancement and maintenance of deployed solutions.

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
* 3–8 years of experience in full stack software development.
* Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Experience developing backend applications using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar technologies.
* Strong knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
* Experience building and integrating APIs and microservices.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
* Understanding of mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or equivalent).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
