Our client is a leading real estate group with a portfolio of prominent retail and commercial assets in Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region. With a strong presence in the premium and lifestyle retail segment, the organisation is focused on enhancing asset performance through strategic tenant curation, strong retailer relationships and active leasing management.

The business is seeking an experienced Head of Leasing to lead its Singapore leasing strategy and drive occupancy, rental income and long-term asset value across its retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the leasing strategy across the portfolio, developing and executing leasing plans to optimise occupancy, rental income and asset performance.
- Drive new leasing and renewals, leading negotiations with prospective and existing tenants, brokers and key retail operators to secure commercially attractive terms.
- Develop and optimise tenant mix, identifying new brands, concepts and retailers that enhance the positioning, footfall and overall customer proposition of the assets.
- Build and maintain senior-level retailer relationships, leveraging an extensive network of tenants, brands, retailers and industry contacts to identify new opportunities and strengthen the portfolio.
- Partner closely with asset management and mall operations teams on leasing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, market intelligence and performance reviews, providing recommendations to enhance revenue and portfolio value.

Key Requirements
- Valid CEA registration/licence is mandatory, given the role's involvement in leasing transactions and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant retail leasing experience, with a proven track record in landlord-side leasing and preferably experience managing premium, prime or high-profile retail assets.
- Strong tenant and retailer network across Singapore, with established relationships with major retail, F&B, lifestyle and luxury brands.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess rental economics, tenant performance, market trends and leasing opportunities while balancing long-term asset strategy.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the maturity to engage senior retailers, brokers, asset managers and internal stakeholders, alongside excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
