We are collaborating with a design-led interior architecture studio recognised for its refined, detail-driven projects across luxury residential, hospitality, and bespoke commercial sectors. Known for its craftsmanship, material sensibility, and quiet precision, the studio is seeking a Senior FFE Designer to join its Singapore team.
This role is ideal for a designer with 6–8 years of professional experience who combines creative vision with technical expertise. You will lead the conceptualisation, sourcing, and execution of furniture, fixtures, and finishes across a range of highly crafted environments, working closely with senior leadership and guiding junior team members through the FFE design process.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead FFE design development across luxury interior projects, from concept through to completion
– Develop mood boards, material palettes, and presentations that communicate refined design intent
– Prepare and manage detailed FFE schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation
– Source, curate, and coordinate bespoke furniture, finishes, and fittings with suppliers and artisans
– Oversee samples, mock-ups, and prototypes to ensure craftsmanship and quality align with design vision
– Collaborate with interior architects, project managers, and external consultants for cohesive project delivery
– Mentor junior designers, sharing expertise in materials, detailing, and supplier coordination
– Participate in client presentations, articulating design concepts with clarity and precision
Key Requirements
– 6–8 years of professional experience in FFE design within luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors
– Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
– Strong understanding of materials, finishes, custom furniture design, and fabrication processes
– Proven ability to manage FFE schedules, budgets, and procurement workflows
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with SketchUp or Revit is a plus
– Exceptional eye for detail, craftsmanship, and spatial harmony
– Confident communicator with excellent organizational and coordination skills
