We are currently working with one of most revolutionary organizations in the Sustainability sector, which provides the world's most comprehensive decarbonization system, helping companies and countries optimize energy systems and reduce carbon emissions.

This candidate will lead the adoption of the company's energy optimization and smart infrastructure solutions across industrial complexes and smart city initiatives in Asia, and drive the implementation of EnOS Cloud, ARK RM, EnOS Charge, and EnOS Edge to deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions for energy efficiency, sustainability, and smart mobility.


Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of the company's product suite, integrating energy management, HVAC optimization, and predictive maintenance solutions.
- Collaborate with government agencies, city planners, and industrial partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead large-scale projects integrating EnOS Cloud, ARK RM, EnOS Charge, and AI-powered Predictive Maintenance Solutions.
- Leverage Sustainability Reporting Tools to help clients track carbon emissions and meet sustainability goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across government and private sectors.

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience in energy management, industrial solutions, or urban development sectors.
- Proven success in leading large-scale projects and collaborating with multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong sales acumen, with experience managing complex relationships and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive expertise in energy management systems, IoT platforms, cloud and edge computing solutions, smart HVAC, and predictive maintenance.
- Familiarity with smart city infrastructure, industrial energy solutions, HVAC optimization, and urban development projects.
- Extensive experience working with government agencies, industrial complexes, and urban planners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, with a focus on energy management and sustainability solutions.
