You’ll be the on-the-ground hiring engine for one of the APAC’s largest digital infrastructure builders. Our client is scaling cloud and AI capacity across Indonesia—new campuses, live operations, and mission-critical roles that can’t wait. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring for technical and operational teams that keep hyperscale data centres safe, secure, and online 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting for Indonesia: workforce planning through offer close for data-centre operations, engineering, construction, security, and support functions.
- Pipeline building in a talent-short market: sourcers, agencies (where needed), campus, community, and diversity channels. You’ll map where the talent actually is—electrical/mechanical trades, critical facilities, network ops, EHS, logistics, and project management.
- Speed with quality: run structured interview processes that move fast (2–3 weeks to offer for priority roles) while protecting bar-raising standards and compliance (background checks, right-to-work, security clearances where required).
- Stakeholder management: partner with hiring managers (Site Ops, Critical Environment, Construction, Security, HR, Finance) and translate headcount plans into weekly hiring sprints and clear SLAs.
- Candidate experience: be the face of the client in Indonesia—clear comms, respectful timelines, and offer storytelling that lands.
- Data & reporting: maintain clean ATS data, weekly funnel metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance), and hiring forecasts for capacity planning.

- Data Centre Operations Managers, Facility Managers, EHS Specialists
Network/IT Operations, Hardware Deployment/Integration, Logistics & Supply Chain
- Construction & Commissioning (PMs, QA/QC, CxA), Security Operations, Vendor Management

Key Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of recruiting experience in Indonesia, including technical/industrial hiring (data centres, manufacturing, energy, telco, EPC, logistics, or similar 24/7 environments).
- Proven full-cycle delivery in high-growth settings; comfortable with weekly hiring targets and complex stakeholder groups.
- Strong sourcing muscle (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, community groups) and the ability to engage passive talent.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and professional English; crisp written communication and data literacy (ATS, Excel/Sheets).
- High integrity with compliance: background checks, vendor management, confidentiality, and safe hiring practices.
- Bonus: experience hiring for shift-based operations, union/industrial relations exposure, or working with hyperscalers/contractors (MEP, BMS, commissioning).
