This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious investment professional to gain hands-on exposure to real estate investment, financial analysis, transaction execution and asset management across a diverse range of property sectors, including office, residential, industrial and mixed-use developments.
As part of team’s international business platform, you will work closely with senior investment professionals, business partners, advisors and stakeholders to evaluate and execute investment opportunities in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic real estate markets.
As an Investment Executive, you will support the investment team across the front-to-back investment process, gaining exposure to how institutional real estate investments are assessed, structured, approved and executed.
Working alongside the Deputy Director / Investment Manager, you will contribute to evaluating new opportunities, developing financial analysis, coordinating due diligence and supporting transaction execution.
This role is particularly suited to someone who is analytical, commercially minded, highly organised and eager to develop a career in real estate investment.
Key Responsibilities
Investment & Opportunity Analysis
- Conduct market research and preliminary analysis on prospective real estate investment opportunities.
- Evaluate opportunities across office, residential, industrial and mixed-use sectors.
- Support financial modelling, feasibility assessments and investment analysis for prospective projects.
- Analyse relevant market, project and financial information to support investment decision-making.
Transaction & Due Diligence
- Support the investment team throughout transaction processes, from initial assessment through execution.
- Coordinate due diligence activities with legal, accounting, tax and other external advisors.
- Assist in reviewing transaction documents, agreements and other investment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with business partners, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure effective transaction execution.
Investment Committee & Management Materials
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda, internal approval papers and management presentation decks.
- Consolidate and analyse information required for internal investment reviews and decision-making.
- Prepare clear, accurate and well-structured reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Portfolio & Post-Investment Support
- Support post-investment monitoring and reporting activities.
- Assist with exit-related activities and analysis when required.
- Provide support on other investment and asset management initiatives as the business develops.
Key Requirements:
- We are looking for an individual who combines strong analytical capability with commercial curiosity and excellent execution discipline.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment, finance, accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills.
- Excellent coordination and organisational capabilities, with a strong eye for detail.
- The ability to work confidently with financial information, reports and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
