As the firm enters its next phase of growth, it is seeking an accomplished Investments & Capital Partnerships professional to play a central role in originating capital relationships, raising funds and supporting the expansion of its real estate investment activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support capital raising and investor engagement initiatives across the firm's real estate investment platform.
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with potential institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, sovereign investors, fund managers and other relevant capital partners.
- Build and execute strategies to expand the firm's network of equity and capital partners across Australia, Singapore and potentially the wider region.
- Work closely with senior management and investment teams to articulate investment strategies, opportunities and transaction propositions to prospective capital partners.
- Support the structuring and execution of direct real estate investments, joint ventures, co-investments and other strategic partnerships.
- Evaluate potential investment and partnership opportunities from both an investment and capital perspective.
- Prepare and coordinate investor materials, presentations, investment papers, financial analyses and supporting due diligence materials.
- Participate in investor meetings, management presentations, negotiations and ongoing relationship management.
- Support fundraising processes from initial investor identification and engagement through due diligence, negotiation and transaction execution.
- Work alongside internal investment professionals on underwriting, financial modelling, market analysis and transaction evaluation where required.
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm's existing and future investment strategies and translate these into compelling propositions for capital partners.
- Monitor market activity, investor appetite, capital flows and emerging real estate investment trends relevant to the firm's growth strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong internal coordination between investment, finance, leadership and external advisors throughout fundraising and transaction processes.
- Contribute to the continued development of the firm's direct real estate business and broader long-term capital strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience within private equity, real estate private equity, real estate investment, investment management, capital markets, funds management, corporate finance, investment banking or a closely related environment.
- Preferably, experience gained within a private equity or investment platform, with meaningful exposure to real estate investments, direct investments, fundraising or capital partnerships.
- Exposure to the Australian and/or Singapore investment markets, with candidates who understand both markets being particularly relevant.
- Demonstrable experience engaging with sophisticated investors, capital providers, senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to understand and communicate complex investment opportunities clearly and credibly.
- Experience supporting or leading investment transactions, capital raising exercises, joint ventures, co-investments or strategic partnerships.
- Strong financial and analytical capability, including the ability to understand investment underwriting, returns and financial models.
- The ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented environment.
