Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing architectural and interior design projects
- Create high-quality renderings and visualisations using software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape
- Develop and maintain detailed AutoCAD drawings and documentation
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to understand project requirements and preferences
- Conduct site visits and surveys as required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software developments

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or equivalent)
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural or interior design
- Strong rendering skills (portfolio required)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp
- Good understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident of Singapore
