We are working with a leading design-and-build consultancy specializing in commercial office interiors and workplace solutions, delivering end-to-end design, fit-out, and project management services across Singapore and Southeast Asia


Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development of workplace design concepts, space planning, and layout proposals for commercial office projects
- Support senior designers in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and material selections
- Produce technical drawings, 3D visualisations, and design documentation using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
- Coordinate with internal teams (project managers, contractors, and consultants) to ensure design intent is executed accurately
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design discussions to understand project requirements
- Conduct research on design trends, materials, and workplace strategies to enhance project outcomes
- Assist in ensuring designs align with brand identity, functionality, and user experience requirements

Key qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
1–3 years of experience in commercial interior design / workplace design preferred (fresh grads with strong portfolio may be considered)
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit is a plus)
- Strong design sensibility with an understanding of spatial planning and materiality
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for workplace design, creativity, and innovation
