Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in workplace design, with a proven track record of leading design teams and projects.
- Professional certification (NCIDQ, LEED AP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
