We are working with one of the building and facility automation company that provides smart control systems to monitor and optimize HVAC, energy use, and other building operations for better efficiency and performance in their search for a Marketing Manager to be based here in Singapore
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing plans across Singapore, APAC, and selected international markets, aligned with the company's overseas growth strategy.
- Build and strengthen the company's positioning within the data center, AI infrastructure, Physical AI, and energy-efficiency markets through targeted branding, thought leadership, and industry communications.
- Develop high-quality marketing content including case studies, brochures, presentations, white papers, LinkedIn content, technical articles, customer success stories, and executive communications.
- Plan and manage participation in data center, AI, technology, and infrastructure exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and partner events. Coordinate speaking opportunities, sponsorships, booth activities, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, customer developments, and emerging technologies within the data center and AI infrastructure sectors. Track campaign effectiveness, event ROI, lead generation, engagement, and marketing pipeline contribution.
- Provide marketing support to the commercial and solution teams through customer presentations, pitch decks, proposal materials, market insights, reference materials, and account-based marketing initiatives.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Approximately 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within technology, data centers, AI infrastructure, ICT, telecommunications, energy, -building technology, or industrial solutions.
- Experience marketing complex enterprise technology or technical solutions is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to data centers, AI infrastructure, BMS/DCIM, energy efficiency, cooling, power infrastructure, cloud, or related technology sectors would be highly advantageous.
- Strong experience in content marketing, events, digital marketing, demand generation, and brand development.
- Able to translate technical concepts into clear commercial messaging for both technical and business audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and senior leadership.
- Experience managing industry exhibitions, conferences, webinars, seminars, and partner marketing initiatives.
- Strong presentation and business writing skills with the ability to independently develop professional PPT decks and marketing materials.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance, leads, marketing ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving international business environment.
- Fluent English required for international marketing and communications.
- Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred for communication with the China headquarters and technical teams.
