Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, day-to-day supervision of workshop mechanics, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity of work
- Ensure machinery and vehicles are serviced according to the maintenance plan or repaired promptly, reliably, and to a high standard
- Maintain full, documented service and repair history records for each machine and vehicle
- Act as the technical expert in the workshop, guiding mechanics on repairs and sharing knowledge through regular toolbox talks
- Apply strong technical knowledge to support efficient fault-finding and troubleshooting
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in a vehicle workshop or heavy machinery environment
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with willingness to travel to construction sites when required
