We are representing Asia’s leading developer and operator of AI and hyperscale cloud data centers. Headquartered in Singapore, we power the region’s digital economy with world-class facilities across Singapore, Japan, India, Indonesia, China, Korea, and Malaysia.
Backed by global blue-chip investors, the team combines deep capital strength with a bold vision: to enable the digital transformation of entire economies.
As a Network Engineer, you’ll own the design, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of our data center network fabric. You’ll ensure our LAN, WAN, SAN, and interconnects deliver the security, scalability, and uptime demanded by hyperscale AI and cloud workloads in a true 24/7 critical environment.
You’ll be hands-on, lead network projects end-to-end, and work side-by-side with IT, operations, vendors, and global partners to keep Asia connected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Run: Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, SAN, and OSP/ISP structured cabling systems.
- Configure & Optimize: Deploy and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network monitoring tools.
- Architect for Scale: Design and implement high-availability upgrades and expansions, including spine-leaf architectures.
- Secure the Stack: Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, enforce security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond to incidents.
- Own Reliability: Provide L2/L3 support, drive root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes that prevent recurrence.
- Document & Collaborate: Keep network diagrams, performance reports, and inventories audit-ready. Partner with IT, ops, vendors, and service providers on projects and support.
- Stay Mission-Ready: Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance to meet tight SLAs in a critical facility environment.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years as a Network Engineer in a data center or mission-critical facility.
- Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, STP, MPLS, VPN.
- Hands-On Skills: Structured cabling (fiber/copper), OSP/ISP, cable management, and proficiency with network monitoring/alerting tools and upgrade procedures.
- Tech Stack: Experience with enterprise routing/switching, firewalls, and Data Center Interconnect (DCI). Familiarity with virtualization, storage networking, and hybrid cloud connectivity is a plus.
- Compliance Mindset: Understanding of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2, or equivalent standards.
- Certifications a Plus: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE (DC), JNCIE-DC, ITIL, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
- Your Edge: Calm under pressure, thrives in 24/7 environments, and driven to deliver within tight SLAs.
