We are currently representing an international hyperscale Data Centre operator in looking for a Senior Pre-Flight Program Manager. You will lead high-impact, multi-hundred-million-dollar data centre projects from first concept through to contract execution. You will work alongside leadership and cross-functional teams in Singapore and across APAC, turning complex technical programs into delivered assets that power the region’s digital economy.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project ownership: Take the helm on multiple Pre-Flight asset delivery projects. You will define the path from inception to contract signature, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational requirements are aligned and met.
- Executive-level leadership: Run pre-flight meetings and deliver clear, data-driven reporting to project teams, senior management, and the executive leadership team, including the CEO.
- Program control: Plan, monitor, and control schedules, budgets, and milestones. Own the program through to successful handover to company’s Construction Management Team for the build phase.
- Risk and alignment: Partner with stakeholders across Finance & Commercial, Corporate Services, Safety, Technical, Development, and Operations to identify risks early and drive resolution. Tailor bespoke schedules that reflect real requirements and resource commitments from every vertical.
- Build better ways of working: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company's program management framework, tools, and processes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years managing data centre, mission critical, or large-scale electrical/mechanical infrastructure projects.
- Qualifications: Project/Program Management certification such as Prince2 or PMI, and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management. You document requirements, create clarity in ambiguity, and drive alignment across diverse teams to get results.
- Mindset: Flexible, forward-thinking, and comfortable when priorities shift. You combine strategic thinking with a “get things done” approach.
- Mobility: Ready to travel across APAC as projects demand.
