We are working with one of the leading real estate developer to look for a Project Manager. This company specializes in design-and-build and development of retail projects across Malaysia and other Asian countries. He/she will lead the successful execution of large-scale real estate and construction projects across diverse industries.


Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Lead and mentor project teams, including project managers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with business development teams to secure new projects and expand the company's portfolio
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee project reporting and documentation

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the real estate and construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and industry best practices
- Experience with green building standards and sustainability initiatives
- Proficiency in project management software and digital construction technologies
- Familiarity with various contract types and procurement methods
