A growing real estate platform with exposure to hospitality assets is looking to expand its team with a Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming refurbishment and asset enhancement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in projects across a diverse portfolio, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of hotel development, refurbishment, or asset enhancement projects
- Coordinate across consultants, operators, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key milestones, flagging potential risks
- Assist in design development, tender processes, and authority submissions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects align with operational and brand requirements

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in hospitality projects (new build, renovation, or rebranding works)
- Background from developer, consultancy, or client-side project management roles
- Familiar with managing multiple stakeholders, including operators and design teams
- Knowledge of local regulatory processes in Singapore is advantageous
