We are working with a Singapore-based interior fit-out and design-and-build main contractor specialising in commercial offices, retail, F&B and residential projects, with in-house carpentry/joinery, project management and MEP capabilities in their search for a Project Manager 


Key responsibilities:
- Submission to building management/ main contractor
- Work schedule planning
- Co-ordination site work with sub-contractors
- Discuss detail drawing with designer
- Material procurement / cutting list
- Meeting with Consultants
- Co-ordination site work with sub-contractors
- Discuss structural detail drawing with architect
- Arrange workers daily site schedule

Key qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years with relevant experience in project management of building/warehouse construction
- Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
-Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate
