An established design and build firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial retail and F&B projects. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across fast-paced project environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to completion

• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful delivery

• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues proactively

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority submissions, and safety standards

• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships

• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
  
   

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial retail and/or F&B projects

• Experience handling large-scale projects is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and detailing

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in project management and design tools is an advantage

• Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must
