An established design and build firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial retail and F&B projects. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across fast-paced project environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to completion

Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful delivery

Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues proactively

Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority submissions, and safety standards

Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships

Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial retail and/or F&B projects

Experience handling large-scale projects is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and detailing

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in project management and design tools is an advantage

Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must
