We are working with one of the most established fit outs contractors which specializes in high-quality renovations and refurbishments for commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces across Asia, in their search for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.


Key responsibilities:
- Manage interior Design & Build / fit-out projects from contract award through to completion and handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement and overall project progress.
- Coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, designers, procurement, commercial and operations teams.
- Monitor project costs, variations, cash flow, progress claims and final accounts alongside the QS team.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, landlords and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site and progress meetings, proactively resolving issues to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
- Manage contractual obligations, project documentation and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, BCA regulations, quality and HSE requirements, including defect rectification and DLP activities.

Key qualifications:
- Qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Building or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of interior fit-out project management experience.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore construction and fit-out environment, including BCA regulations and submission processes.
- Strong project leadership, client management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other relevant project management tools.
