We are currently partnering with a reputable consultancy firm in Singapore with a proven track record . As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Property Executives to take ownership. This role offers the opportunity to lead developments while working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
 

Key Description:
- Take charge of the site team, setting high standards for service quality and     creating a collaborative, efficient work environment.
- Ensure the estate operates at peak performance, from maintenance to daily         logistics, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained, comfortable space.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring everyone’s needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee the renewal and management of service agreements and insurance     policies, ensuring timely updates and optimal contract performance.
- Ensure full compliance with building laws and regulations, legal, and up to code.
- Address feedback and complaints quickly, turning challenges into opportunities   for improvement.
- Manage financial transactions, and develop annual budgets, ensuring strong   fiscal control and forward-looking financial planning.


Key Requirements:
- You have at least 5 years of experience.
- You possess excellent leadership and client relationship skills, with the ability to    inspire a team and build strong rapport with residents and council members.
- You’re meticulous about ensuring all operations meet legal requirements and       regulatory standards.
- You thrive in dynamic environments, using critical thinking to make smart, fast     decisions.
- You’re focused on delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders,    creating a positive, well-maintained community for everyone.
