We are working with a leading global cost and project management consultancy with a strong presence across Asia. Known for delivering complex, high-value developments, the firm is expanding its Singapore team and is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of commercial projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in MEP systems, a solid grounding in cost management, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation for MEP works
– Manage the full quantity surveying lifecycle, including procurement, tender evaluation, and contract administration
– Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow to ensure financial control and accuracy
– Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality
– Review and evaluate contractor submissions, including progress claims and variation orders
– Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on all MEP-related cost matters
– Support project reporting, including cost analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments
– Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards

Key Requirements
– 3–8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on MEP services
– Experience in commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale developments is preferred
– Solid understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and cost structures
– Familiarity with standard forms of contract and procurement processes
– Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
– Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or a related discipline
– Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS or equivalent) is advantageous
