We are partnering with a regional technology and digital solutions provider that delivers network infrastructure, IT services, and connectivity solutions across the Asia Pacific region, in their search for a Sales Manager to be based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and corporate accounts in Singapore and the APAC region
- Drive sales growth for network infrastructure, connectivity, managed services, cloud, and IT solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, system integrators, and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements
- Develop account strategies to expand existing client relationships and generate recurring business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and business KPIs set by management
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client engagements to strengthen market presence
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting through CRM and internal systems
Key qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or related discipline
- Proven experience in B2B sales/business development within telecommunications, network infrastructure, IT solutions, cloud, or managed services industry
- Strong hunter mentality with proven track record in acquiring new accounts and closing deals
- Experience engaging enterprise clients, corporate stakeholders, and channel partners
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into commercial value propositions for clients
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Regional exposure or experience handling APAC clients will be advantageous
