We are representing a global hospitality design consultancy with a base in Singapore, shaping iconic hotels, resorts, branded residences, and F&B destinations for the world’s top hotel groups, developers, and ultra-high-net-worth owners. With decades of award-winning projects across the region, we turn briefs into brand-defining guest experiences. Our work spans from luxury urban hotels in Tokyo to island resorts in the Maldives and landmark F&B concepts in Dubai.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a relationship catalyst to expand our network and feed our pipeline.

This is a pure hunter + brand ambassador role. You won’t be negotiating fees or writing proposals — that’s our BD Manager’s job. Your mission is to get us the right conversations with the right people.

You’ll be the face of our studio at industry events, private forums, and design week parties in Singapore. You connect, charm, and qualify. You know who’s planning the next 500-key hotel, which developer just secured beachfront land, and which operator is reflagging assets.. And you make sure they know us before they RFP.

Your KPI is simple: Qualified leads and strategic relationships, not closed deals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Networking & Lead Generation
- Map and penetrate target accounts: hotel owners, developers, operators, asset managers, and luxury brand consultants in Singapore
- Represent the firm at events, investment forums, and exclusive developer roundtables
- Host and attend curated events: design salons, cocktail sessions, site previews, and CEO breakfasts to build genuine rapport
- Leverage LinkedIn, industry publications, and personal networks to identify projects in pre-planning or concept stage
- Convert cold contacts into warm introductions for the BD team within 90 days

2. Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership
- Partner with Marketing to craft compelling narratives: project case studies, founder POVs, trend reports that get shared in boardrooms
- Secure speaking slots, panel seats, and award submissions that position our principals as hospitality design authorities
- Curate our social presence on Instagram + LinkedIn to attract inbound interest from developers and operators
- Identify co-marketing opportunities with FF&E brands, lighting partners, and hotel groups to expand reach

3. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Qualification
- Track regional pipeline: new hotel signings, management contracts, CAPEX refurbishments, and mixed-use developments
- Qualify leads against ICP: project scale, timeline, budget band, decision-maker access, and brand alignment
- Maintain CRM with clean data: contact notes, project intel, next steps, and handover quality to BD Manager
- Provide monthly “Market Pulse” reports to leadership: who’s building what, where, and who we should meet

4. Relationship Nurturing
- Develop 1:1 relationships with key decision-makers before they need a designer — so we’re spec’d when the moment comes
- Coordinate hosted site tours of our completed hotels for target clients and partners
- Manage gifting, thank-you touchpoints, and holiday programs that keep us top-of-mind
- Activate our alumni network of past clients and consultants for referrals and intros

Key Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8 years in B2B lead gen, marketing, PR, or sales roles within hospitality, luxury real estate, architecture, or design
- Network: Existing relationships with hotel owners, developers, operators like Marriott, Accor, IHG, Capella, or regional HNWIs highly valued
- Presence: Polished, articulate, and socially intelligent. You’re comfortable working a room of CEOs and GMs
- Tools: Fluent in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM like HubSpot/Pipedrive, and basic Adobe/Canva for marketing collaterals
- Languages: Excellent English. Mandarin
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or Communications preferred
