We are currently representing a global hyperscale DC Operator in looking for a Senior Contracts Manager based in Singapore to lead commercial and contract strategy for data centre developments across APAC. This role will report to the regional Senior Contracts Manager and partner with project teams + regional leadership to deliver complex builds from concept to close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate & draft complex construction contracts, variations, and claims
- Manage full contract lifecycle: kick-off, performance, delivery, close-out, lessons learned
- Resolve disputes and balance commercial risk with long-term outcomes
- Own cost reporting & cashflow accuracy for in-flight projects
- Drive improvements via reporting tools, innovations, and efficiency initiatives
- Run multiple projects concurrently: new builds + capital upgrades on live data centres
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- 15+ years construction experience, 10+ years in contracts & commercial claims
- Expert in contract law, negotiation, drafting, and dispute resolution
- Strong communicator, independent problem-solver, and relationship builder
- Proven leadership + influencing skills in global, cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office and online collaboration tools
