We are working with a leading workplace design and build consultancy specialising in corporate interior design, workplace strategy, and end-to-end project delivery, helping organisations create engaging, productive, and future-ready work environments in their search for a Senior Designers.


Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of workplace interior projects from concept development through to construction completion.
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, workplace requirements, and brand identity, translating these into innovative and functional design solutions.
- Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning, test fits, material boards, 3D visualisations, and detailed design documentation.
- Develop design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
- Present design proposals confidently to clients and manage design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers while promoting collaboration and design excellence within the team.
- Stay updated on workplace trends, sustainable design practices, new materials, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.

Key qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in commercial workplace interior design within a consultancy or design-and-build environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing corporate office, workplace, headquarters, or commercial interior projects.
- Excellent space planning, design conceptualisation, detailing, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of workplace strategy, user experience, and corporate branding.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Enscape/3D rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, local building regulations, and authority requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven mindset with a passion for creating inspiring workplace environments.
