We are working with a world-class, integrated workplace design-and-build firm that delivers human-centric, technology enabled, and future-ready workspaces for leading organizations in their search for a Senior Interior Designer.
Key highlights:
- Lead workplace interior design projects from concept development through design delivery, site execution and handover.
- Understand client briefs, workplace requirements and business objectives, and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Develop space plans, design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and design narratives.
- Create workplace environments that optimise space utilisation, workflow, ergonomics and employee experience.
- Prepare and review design drawings, layouts, specifications and construction documentation.
- Coordinate design requirements with MEP, structural consultants, contractors, project managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure the approved design intent is maintained during construction.
- Review shop drawings, materials, finishes, furniture and technical submissions.
- Resolve design and site-related issues throughout project execution.
- Manage design deliverables, timelines and priorities across multiple projects.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in workplace design and commercial interiors.
- Strong experience in corporate workplace projects.
- Proven ability to handle projects from concept through design development and execution.
- Strong understanding of space planning, workplace design and interior architecture.
- Proficient in Revit.
- Experience coordinating with MEP and structural consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture and design detailing.
- Strong client-facing experience, including presentations, design reviews and stakeholder management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed workplace and commercial interior projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
