Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership & Concept Creation
- Craft innovative, research-driven design solutions that balance client vision, brand identity, and functional needs
- Lead conceptual thinking from narrative development to spatial strategy for corporate office projects
- Translate concept stories into compelling 3D visuals that win hearts and sign-offs
Client & Presentation Excellence
- Build high-impact presentations and pitch decks that clearly communicate design intent and secure client buy-in
- Present concepts to C-suite stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and creative conviction
- Ensure every design decision is documented and coordinated accurately across project packages
Team Collaboration & Execution
- Partner daily with CAD designers and 3D renderers to uphold design quality and studio standards
- Protect design intent from concept through construction, conducting site reviews during implementation
- Collaborate with Associate Designers, Creative Directors, and PMs to hit project schedules and milestones
Mentorship & Growth
- Guide and inspire junior designers, reviewing work and elevating their craft and confidence
- Contribute to a studio culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning
- Step in on management-assigned initiatives that push our design practice forward

Key Requirements:
- 8–12+ years designing corporate office interiors, with a portfolio of completed projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
- LAM registered Interior Designer (IDr) is a strong advantage
- Masterful at concept development, space planning, and detail resolution
- Deep knowledge of construction methodology, materials, and detailing for commercial fit-outs
- Ability to work independently and lead within a team, staying calm under pressure and tight deadlines
- Service-minded with standout communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency required: SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Fluency in 3D visualization workflows and design documentation standards
