Key responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical design of HVAC systems for commercial buildings
- Produce and/or technically review Single?Line Diagrams (SLD), Schematic diagrams, Panel GA drawings
- Power Distribution & Equipment Design such as design and validate electrical systems for HVAC equipment
- Review the mechanical design and system selection for HVAC systems
- Define and review HVAC control philosophies and sequences of operation
- Ensure compliance with Codes, Standards & Authority Compliance
- Project Execution & Commissioning which includes provide technical support during construction and installation


Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of electrical engineering experience, with strong exposure to:
- HVAC systems in commercial buildings
- Large?scale MEP or building solutions projects
- Power distribution systems for HVAC equipment
- MCCs, VFDs, motor protection, and control wiring
- HVAC electrical interfaces and sequence of operations
- HVAC system design (chillers, airside, waterside)
- HVAC control strategies and system optimization
