We are partnering with a leading global project management consultancy to deliver a flagship greenfield campus development in Singapore. As a Senior Project Manager / Project Director, you will act as the client’s representative, driving the successful execution of a multi-billion-dollar data centre project while managing complex stakeholder, technical, and commercial interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Act as the primary interface between the hyperscale client, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Drive programme, cost, and quality outcomes in line with mission-critical data centre standards
- Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, and specialist systems (BMS, EPMS, ICT)
- Manage and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and operational readiness targets
- Lead contract administration and commercial strategy, including change management and claims resolution
- Ensure robust governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at executive level
- Champion health, safety, and quality excellence across all project phases
- Support testing & commissioning strategy, including Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and operational readiness

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 12–20+ years’ experience in large-scale construction/project delivery
- Proven track record delivering data centre or mission-critical projects (hyperscale experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, commissioning processes, and data centre design principles
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, fast-track, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience working with international clients, consultants, and contractors
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contracts (FIDIC or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience
- Prior experience delivering greenfield data centre campuses
- Exposure to Tier III / Tier IV facilities and hyperscale standards
- Experience in Singapore or Southeast Asia markets
- Familiarity with digital delivery tools, BIM, and reporting platforms
