Our client is an established civil engineering and construction firm based in Singapore. They are looking for a meticulous Senior / Quantity Surveyor to support both the pre-contract and post-contract stages of their construction projects, from tender preparation through to final cost management.


Key Responsibilities
- Carry out quantity take-offs, cost comparisons, and feasibility studies to support tender preparation and client requirement planning
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare tender submissions with supporting cost estimates
- Review and interpret contract documents and drawings, identifying potential risks or areas of concern
- Perform measurements, prepare detailed cost breakdowns, and process payment certifications for subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and submit progress claims to clients, and identify, evaluate, and manage variation works

Key Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or an equivalent field
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
