Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical and construction teams on all design-related matters, reviewing technical documentation and drawings
- Work closely with consultants on scope of services, design, and deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability
- Manage the design approval process, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure design compliance with contractual requirements, flagging potential risks or issues to management and the project team
- Support the tender team in preparing technical tender documents for civil and structural engineering bids
Key Requirements
- PE Board-recognized Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years of design management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a consultant firm
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills across disciplines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
