We are representing APAC's largest and fastest-growing hyperscale data centre platform which exist to scale and sustain the region’s digital future by redefining how hyperscale infrastructure is designed, delivered, and operated.

Based in Johor and reporting to the Senior Director, Service Delivery – APJ, you will be the primary point of contact for the large cloud customers. You will own the end-to-end service journey within its hyperscale data centres — from customer fit-out and Ready-for-Service (RFS), through onboarding and into steady-state Business-As-Usual operations.

You will combine project management, customer engagement, reporting, and operational governance to ensure contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction remains high. Success in this role means being proactive, commercially aware, and technically credible while working cross-functionally with Development, Design, Facilities, Security, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey Ownership
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned hyperscale customers across build, fit-out, onboarding, and BAU phases.
- Coordinate Early Access, RFS milestones, and other contractual deliverables. Track compliance with customer contract obligations and drive internal teams to meet them.
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings to ensure customer requirements for data hall fit-outs are captured and delivered.
Project & Fit-Out Delivery
- Project manage customer fit-outs in partnership with the Development team. Ensure scope, quality, schedule, and budget align with customer expectations.
- Work with Development and Cost teams on programmes of work: secure design and budget approvals, conduct risk analysis, facilitate procurement, and provide status reporting throughout.
- Coordinate customer logistics including delivery and installation of racks, servers, and network equipment into the data centre.
Operational Support & Governance
- Provide ongoing BAU operational support to customers, including SLA, security, and other contractual reporting.
- Support and facilitate customer audits and inspections during development, fit-out, and live operations. Conduct audits on behalf of customers to verify compliance and quality standards.
- Assist Facilities Management in managing customer incidents and escalations. Ensure timely, accurate communication and resolution.
Commercial & Reporting
- Review and prepare budgets with Development and Cost teams. Support negotiations on costs and contracts with general contractors and equipment suppliers.
- Maintain customer project budgets, trackers, and recovery schedules to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, status updates, and executive summaries to internal stakeholders and customers.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and vendors through proactive communication and collaboration.
- Schedule and coordinate ongoing customer meetings, QBRs, and site events.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and needs, removing blockers and facilitating resolution.
Support Sales and Pre-Sales with meetings, documentation, and proposals as required.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years professional experience, with at least 2 years in Project Management or Service Delivery Management within a critical operating environment. Data centre infrastructure fit-out delivery experience strongly preferred.
- Strong grasp of commercial concepts and ability to discuss electrical/mechanical fundamentals with customers and internal engineering teams. Understanding of data centre SLAs, security, and operational protocols.
- Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. Customer-focused with a bias for action. Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesise large data sets into clear reports and insights for management and customers.
- PMP certification is preferred. ITIL, CDCP/CDCS, or equivalent data centre credentials are advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with Visio, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
