Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to plan, coordinate, and execute on-site construction activities
- Carry out site inspections, track progress, and flag any issues or deviations to the project team
-Support the development of construction schedules, method statements, and other project documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure materials and services are delivered on time
- Offer technical guidance to the site team and help troubleshoot issues as they arise
Key Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer in civil/structural construction
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Solid grasp of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality management practices
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams, subcontractors, and clients
