The Advisory Lead role is to provide additional experienced execution and business development capability within our clients Transaction Services business in South East Asia focused on due diligence services across a range of infrastructure subsectors. The role is market facing and will involve building winning, and delivering work using teams primarily across the APAC region, and collaborating with experts across key businesses.
The Opportunity
- Identify, pursue, secure, and deliver due diligence studies and lenders technical advisor projects across the region. Provide technical expertise in all aspects of due diligence services.
- Build internal network with various businesses to ensure mobilization of wider expertise across planning, design, engineering, finance, and research sectors to meet specific client needs.
- Cross sell wider planning & advisory services as well as identify and develop wider downstream opportunities via ‘trusted advisor’ relationships.
- Support leaders across SE Asia to identify talent, build capacity, develop skills, and share experience. Contribute to incremental growth of the transaction services team and contribute to wider growth of Advisory business.
- Identify and focus on a number of key accounts for the Transaction Services team to (a) deepen these relationships and improve win rate and (b) focus on a select number of new ones with serial deal doers.

Is this role right for you?
- Demonstrated success in leading the execution of technical and commercial due diligence mandates, and preparing compelling pitches to clients.
- Technical knowledge and pre-existing relationships with tier 1 Singapore-based infrastructure investors and/or financial advisers.
- Keen understanding of “customer” needs (both internal and external), and a strong ability to effectively manage the issues which may impact on maintaining effectiveness within a commercial environment.
- Ability to maintain personal effectiveness, workload issues, and team and client relationships, both under normal circumstances, and at times of significant pressure.
- Understanding of investor decision making processes and metrics, including mechanisms to mitigate risks.
