We are currently working with an international Fit-out Contractor in looking for a  Quantity Surveyor who will play a vital role in managing all commercial matters of a project, from award to final account. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 
•    Prepare and issue tender enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers in a timely manner.
•    Identify and engage suitable subcontractors and suppliers based on project scope, capability, capacity, and location.
•    Review and input Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and establish tender pricing documentation.
•    Liaise with key subcontractors and suppliers to clarify technical requirements and obtain competitive quotations.
•    Verify quantities, conduct measurement checks, and identify any omissions or discrepancies in the BoQ, ensuring all project scope is captured.
•    Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure tender submissions meet all RFP and client requirements.
•    Review tender documents and recommend value engineering and cost-saving alternatives where appropriate.
•    Manage the distribution of tender addenda and ensure subcontractors price the latest information.
•    Prepare and submit tender queries (RFIs) to consultants and clients where clarification is required.
•    Compile preliminary cost estimates, including project preliminaries and staffing requirements, in consultation with the Project Manager.
•    Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations, preparing commercial analysis and recommendation reports.
•    Complete all estimating documentation and maintain compliance with company estimating procedures.
•    Prepare tender assumptions, qualifications, exclusions, and pricing clarifications for inclusion in the final submission.
•    Support post-tender negotiations, clarifications, and handover to the project delivery team upon successful award.
