Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the lead designer and project manager to develop creative and functional workplace design concepts that meet client objectives and project requirements.
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in space planning, furniture selection, and material specification to optimize functionality, comfort, and aesthetics within the workplace environment.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project presentations to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other project team members to ensure timely and accurate implementation of design solutions within budgetary constraints.
- Contribute to the development of project documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and schedules, to facilitate the successful execution of design projects.
- Support the overall growth and development of the design team by actively participating in training, knowledge sharing, and professional development opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in workplace interior design, preferably within a design or architecture firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of space planning principles, furniture systems, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design innovation and continuous learning.
