We are working with a leading commercial interior design and design-and-build consultancy in their search for a Workplace Strategist to help clients transform the way they work by creating data-driven workplace strategies that align business objectives, employee experience, and future workplace needs.


Key responsibilities:
- Lead workplace strategy engagements from discovery through strategic recommendations.
- Understand clients' business objectives, organisational culture, operational challenges, and future growth plans.
- Develop workplace strategies that support business transformation, hybrid working, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness.
- Translate strategic insights into workplace concepts, planning principles, and design briefs.
- Conduct workplace assessments, occupancy studies, utilisation analysis, and benchmarking exercises.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify workplace trends and opportunities.
- Facilitate employee surveys, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder workshops.
- Develop insights and recommendations supported by research findings and industry best practices.
- Facilitate visioning sessions, workplace workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Present workplace strategies, findings, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development activities by contributing workplace strategy expertise during client pitches and proposals.
- Support clients through workplace transformation initiatives.
- Develop workplace change strategies, communication plans, and employee engagement programmes.
- Assist organisations in preparing employees for new workplace environments and ways of working.
- Measure workplace performance post-occupancy and recommend continuous improvements.

Key qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Psychology, - - Workplace Strategy, Business, Organisational Development, Human Factors, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in workplace strategy, workplace consulting, corporate interiors, change management, organisational consulting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of workplace planning, employee experience, hybrid workplace strategies, and organisational change.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workplace data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with workplace survey platforms, occupancy analytics tools, or space planning software is advantageous.
