On the 25th September, we invited Gan Chong Min, The Managing Director for Investment Management in Asia for Lendlease. Before that, he was the Managing Director for Fund Management in Capitaland China and have built a distinguished career in China over the past 12 years before returning to Singapore. Contrary to the career path of most Real Estate professionals, Chong Min came from an Electrical Engineering background and started his career as an Electrical Engineer, peaking as the Head of Electronics and Systems Group in Chartered Industries of Singapore, before pivoting his career to Real Estate.
